We are looking for a structured, tech-savvy, and hands-on Service Manager to shape, manage, and improve the daily operations of our robot fleet across Greater Copenhagen.
You’ll take full responsibility, focus on practical solutions, and ensure that our technology works reliably and efficiently in real-world environments.

As HIVE Service Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our vacuum robots deliver as promised—every single day. You onboard new customers, you maintain and optimize robot fleets at customers’ sites, and you engage in customer contact making sure the customers have successful experiences. You are the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world outcomes—and the reason our customers trust our solution.

• Onboarding new customers incl. preparing robots
• Install new robots at customers’ sites
• Daily monitoring and issue resolution making sure robots run smoothly
• Engage in continuous optimization of cleaning plans, systems and processes
• Customer contact & relationship management

We’re looking for a structured, self-driven, and curious individual with a strong interest in robotics and technology. You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering a great experience, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

This is an ideal student job (10–20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into more responsibility as the business scales. It’s an advantage to have a car to be able to drive to customers.

• Customer service or technical support
• Cleaning, facility management, or service coordination
• Experience with planning, troubleshooting, or follow-up
• Familiarity with apps, dashboards, maps, and data logs

• Loves new technology—and gets genuinely excited about robots
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and follows through
• Communicates clearly and professionally with people from all backgrounds
• Is self-driven and willing to jump in the car to solve problems in person
